Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ongoing service to new and existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive and place telephone calls and perform data entry
• Resolve customer inquires and issues
• Explain our services and products to customers
• Perform account maintenance
• Ensure that customers are extremely satisfied and that they will continue to use our products and services

Qualifications (Skills Required):

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service skills
• PC/Windows experience

Education:

• Minimum High School, college degree preferred
