Summary:

The successful candidate will be provided the opportunity to work with database system software; coordinate changes to, test, and implement computer database systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Install and upgrade database systems
Monitor space usage
Proactive maintenance to minimize downtime
Diagnose error
Ensure data integrity to include accuracy and completeness

Qualifications (Skills Required):

Experience with Database Administration
Experience with Oracle, Unix, and/or PL/SQL
Must be able to work independently
Good verbal and written communication skills

Education:

BS/CS degree strongly preferred
