Summary:
The successful candidate will be
responsible for providing multi-functional HR support including employee
relations, recruiting, benefits administration and other duties as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage
the performance review programs and all compensation systems
- Coordinate
recruitment activities
- Conduct
employee orientations and exit interviews
- Foster
positive employee relations in keeping with company objectives
- Manage
and direct HR staff and related activities, policies and procedures
- Continuously
improve the quality of the work environment
- Make
sure daily operation activities are in compliance with all Federal and State
statutes related to employment
Qualifications (Skills Required):
- At
least five years of Human Resources experience, including two years in a
supervisory position
- Demonstrate
excellent organizational and communication skills
- PC
literacy
