Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inside customer support, handling incoming calls, pricing, product outsourcing, order entry, quotation follow up, and telephoning of existing customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain customer database and sales contract files
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with customers to facilitate future selling opportunities
• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Quote prices, prepare sales orders and invoices
• Sell upgrades and promotional programs
• Provide support services and accessories to customers
• Resolve customer problems
• Prepare reports of business transactions

Qualifications (Skills Required):

• Significant experience in customer service and sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge in PC office application software

Education:

• BS/BA or equivalent experience
