Summary:
The successful candidate will
be responsible for provide compensation analysis and manage compensation program.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Set compensation strategy
Develop policies, and guidelines for compensation administration
Analyze job content and determine salary level and job worth
Conducts, analyze and participate in salary surveys
Annual analysis of salary ranges, levels and market wage
Present compensation strategy, policies and plans to management
Make sure the compensation policies are in accordance with the federal
and state laws and regulations
Qualifications (Skills Required):
5-8 years related experience
with a minimum of 5 years compensation experience at a high tech company
Excellent consulting and analytical skills
Good problem solving skills
Knowledge in HRIS
Education:
BA in Human Resources or related field
