Summary:
The successful candidate will be provided an opportunity to support in full cycle recruiting including coordination,
scheduling, tracking, sourcing, screening and offers.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and interview for non-exempt and
exempt positions.
- Conduct pre-employment tests and reference
checks.
- Set up interviews for hiring managers.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers
on policies, process, and regulatory issues.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment
strategies.
- Place
employment advertisements and/or analyze reports and trends.
Qualifications (Skills Required):
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- Strong computer and Internet skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
