Summary:
The successful candidate will
be responsible for planning and managing corporate safety policies
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Ensure the compensation policies are in compliance with Federal and State safety and health regulations
Develop the Occupational Safety and Health Policies and Programs
Advise employees on workplace safety issues
Identify company safety training needs
Review work process to ensure minimize dangers
Increase employee safety awareness through training
Review
injury incident investigation reports and
follow-up Provide technical support to plant
Qualifications (Skills Required):
4-5 years experiences in manage workplace safety programs
Knowledge in federal and state laws regarding workplace safety issues
Education:
Bachelor degree
