Summary:
The successful candidate will be provided an opportunity to solve
technical problems for users.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Provide users with high quality, courteous, and
accurate technical information in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform departmental and support related tasks
such as bug report verification, technical writing, software testing, and documentation
review.
- Manage workload and other assignments
efficiently while being able to resolve time-critical situations reliably and
professionally.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and support tools.
Qualifications (Skills Required):
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.
- Excellent leadership, planning and organization
skills.
- Experience
in software problem determination, analysis and resolution
Education:
- BS
in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent.
