Summary:
The successful candidate will be provided an opportunity to develop, organize, and manage internal and external
websites.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain internal and external web
sites.
- Provide web-publishing support to all
departments within the company.
- Lead the analysis of organizational needs and
goals related to web.
- Consult with users and project teams to determine
requirements for web pages and related applications.
- Convert documents into HTML (Hypertext Markup
Language) or other complex programming language.
- Report on web site statistics and perform log
analysis.
Qualifications (Skills
Required):
- Able to work on multiple platforms including Sun
Solaris, Windows NT/2000, Macintosh, and various flavors of UNIX.
- Graphic design experience in Photoshop,
Illustrator, Quark, etc.
- Internet Technologies experience of HTML, SQL
Database, ASP or Cold Fusion, JavaScript, and Java Programming.
- Knowledge of web security and access issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, communication,
interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Creative problem solving, troubleshooting, and
ability to work in a team environment.
Education
- BS/BA in computer science or related degree
- Master’s degree a plus or equivalent
