Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and protecting the company’s intellectual property portfolio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, preparation, and prosecution of patent applications
• Draft and negotiate various research and licensing agreements
• Protection of intellectual property overseas
• Responsible for all copyright, trademark and related litigation matters
• Oversee and direct related patent support staff

Qualifications (Skills Required):

• Be admitted to practice before a State bar and the U.S. patent bar
• At least 5 years experience in all aspects of U.S. and foreign intellectual property law

Education:

• BSEE and J.D.
