Summary:
The successful candidate will be provided the opportunity
to manage pre-sales and sales activities; coordinate changes to and implement
new sales approaches.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop
sales plans, commission structures and effective management systems
- Manage
pre-sales activities through business implementation and ongoing support
- Responsible
for contract terms
- Set
and achieve aggressive sales goals
- Maintain
customer relationships
- Responsible
for the management of sales staff
Qualifications (Skills Required):
- 10+
years Sales or Sales Support management experience
- Proven
sales track record
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience
with new product commercialization
- Some
supervisory experience preferred
Education
- BS/BA
- Business or Technical degree
- MBA
preferred
