Summary:
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to find,
contact, recruit, and build relationships with Technical professionals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Write
job descriptions or review and edit existing job descriptions
- Identify
recruiting sources
- Initiate
contact with qualified candidates for specific position vacancies
- Review
applications and interview applicants to obtain work history, education,
training, job skills, and salary requirements
- Screen
and refer candidates for additional interviews with others in organization
- Develop
and maintain a network of contacts to help identify sources of qualified
candidates
- Complete
necessary paperwork for hiring new employees
Qualifications (Skills Required):
- Minimum
of 3 years of staffing and recruiting experience
- Strong
negotiation skills
- Strong
oral and verbal communication skills
- Excellent
PC and presentation skills are required
Education:
- Bachelor's
degree in Human Resources, Business Communication or related field
