Summary:

The successful candidate will be provided the opportunity to develop financial initiatives, planning, and other accounting programs and advise the CEO in the financial matters of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the accounting and IS departments
Develop financial reports
Analyze and appraise operating policies, trends and profit opportunities
Analyze new project proposals
Develop the cost accounting system
Coordinate banking, legal and insurance relationships
Develop and manage the firm’s budgeting and
Forecast management reports
Work closely with the CEO on business decisions

Qualifications (Skills Required):

Experience dealing with investors & raising capital
Must have entrepreneurial spirit and be able to share vision
At least 10 years of very relevant experience

Education:

MS/MBA
CPA certification required
