Summary:
The successful candidate will
be provided an opportunity to produce high quality web sites utilizing
computer-based drawing equipment.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Develop
graphic design and layout
- Use
computer software to design new images
- Perform
scanning photo manipulation, HTML authoring and editing
- Develop,
interpret and execute the website's graphical style
- Design
compelling visuals, spreadsheets and graphics that enhance communications
impact
- Constantly
update and improve the website
- Establish
and maintain a consistent online corporate image
Qualifications (Skills
Required):
- 2-4
years of commercial website design and development required (candidates must
provide examples of work)
- Hands-on
proficiency with HTML, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Java Scripting, CGI
scripting, Quark XPress, Adobe Acrobat and other on-line publishing vehicles
as needed
- Experience
with Macromedia Flash and digital video in the Windows environment a plus
Education:
- BS
degree in Art or Design
